ATV-1 & 2 driving EB on Silica Sand Rd. ATV-1 rear-ends ATV-2; forcing it off the south side of the roadway. ATV-1 operator is ejected onto north side of roadway. ATV-1 rolls multiple times and off the south side of roadway. Operator of ATV-1 is deceased. Operator of ATV-2 reports no injuries. Neither operator is wearing a helmet or other safety equipment.
