Jason Traggiai was mowing the lawn at his residence of 16360 Forge Hill Drive. On the west side of the residence a large embankment was located approximately 14 feet away from the residence. While Jason was travel North on the West side of the residence; the front left and rear left tires of the tractor went down the embankment. The tractor then began to roll while traveling down the embankment and pinning Jason underneath the ropos bar.
