Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was westbound on SR 582 approching the intersection with Bradner Road. Unit 2 was walking eastbound on SR 582 on the northern side of SR 582 at the intersection with Bradner Rd. Unit 1 drove off the roadway to the right. Unit 1 attempted to correct their vehicle; causing it to spin/slide. Unit 1 re-entered the roadway; crossing the centerline entering the opposite lane of travel. Unit 1 crossed the centerline again re-entering their lane of travel. Unit 1 drove off the roadway to the right and struck Unit 2.
