On Thursday August 3; 2023 at approximately 1149 hours; Unit Number One was traveling westbound on Fieldstone Drive and when behind 1943 East Siebenthaler Avenue crossed the centerline for an unknown reason; left the south side of the roadway striking the cement curb; and collided with bushes in the rear of 1943 East Siebenthaler Avenue.
