Unit 2 was in the far (right) turning lane on E. Dixie Dr. waiting to turn left onto Dryden Rd. Unit 1 was traveling eastbound on E. Dixie Dr. in the passing lane at a high rate of speed when he crossed the marked lane and struck Unit 2 from behind. Unit 1 rolled and came to rest in the median while Unit 2 spun and came to rest in the intersection. Please see West Carrollton Report # 23-011852 for further detail.
