On Monday March 20; 2023 at about 0219 hours; Unit Number One was traveling westbound on US 35 in the middle lane at an excessive rate of speed and when at Liscum Drive struck Unit Number Two; a pedestrian; who was traveling an unknown direction across US35. Unit Number One failed to remain on scene and identify themselves as required by law.
