Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling west on Chardon Windsor Rd. (CR-13) in the area of 14500 and lost control on the snow/ icy conditions. Unit #1 traveled acrossed the center of the roadway and stuck unit #2 head on. Unit #1 then left the roadway to it's right and unit #2 left the roadway also to it's right.
