Additional Narrative

Unit #1; a pedistrian; was traveling in a vehicle in the right lane of State Route 129 east bound. Unit #1 pulled the vehicle onto the right shoulder just east of mile marker 23. Unit #1 then left the vehicle. Unit #2 was traveling east bound in the right lane of State Route 129. While outside the vehicle; Unit #1 stepped into the lane of traffic. Unit #1 failed to see Unit #2 and was struck; being thrown onto the windshield and east bound. Unit #1 came to a final rest in the left lane of State Route 129 east bound.
