Additional Narrative

Unit1 was northbound on State Route 21. Unit 2 was northbound on State Route 21 behind unit 1. Unit 1 slowed for traffic. Unit 2 failed to keep an assure clear distance from unit 1 and struck unit 1 in the rear pushing it off the left side of the roadway and into the grass median. In the diagram; other traffic are labled "X".
