Unit #1 was north on IR 71 in the right lane. Unit #2 was parked on the right berm of IR 71 north by the rest area on ramp. Unit #1 drove off the right side and struck the rear of the trailer on Unit #2. Unit #1 and the trailer of Unit #2 caught on fire.
