Unit #1 was walking northeast across US 250 near MP 4; outside of the marked crosswalk. Unit #2 was traveling northwest on US 250 in the left lane near MP 4. Unit #1 fell into the left northbound lane and was struck by Unit #2. Unit #1 suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash.
