Additional Narrative

A garbage truck was stopped on SR 588 facing northwest; waiting to turn left into a private drive. Unit 1 was traveling northwest on SR 588; slowing to stop behind the garbage truck. Unit 2 was traveling southeast on SR 588. Unit 2 traveled off the right side of the roadway; traveled back onto the roadway; crossed the center line and struck Unit 1; forcing Unit 1 off the right side of roadway.
