Unit # 1 was westbound on SR 32. Unit # 2 was eastbound on SR 32 turning north onto Five Points - Mowrystown Road. Unit # 2 failed to yield the right of way and was struck by Unit # 1. Unit # 2 then traveled off the left side of the roadway.
