Unit# 1 was westbound on the Ohio Turnpike I. R. 80 when it drove off the left side of the roadway and down into the ditch. Unit# 1 came out of the ditch and struck a traffic sign; then a guard rail end; Unit# 1 then went back across the lanes and off the right side of the roadway striking a guard rail face where the driver was ejected.
