Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling northbound on State Route 7 fleeing police. Unit #2 was traveling southbound on State Route 7. Unit #1 struck spike strips; crossed the centerline and struck Unit #2 head on. Unit #2 traveled off the right side of the roadway striking a guardrail; overturning into a tree and striking an embankment. Unit #1 came to rest in the roadway.
