Unit 1 was westbound on SR-146 while Unit 2 was eastbound on SR-146. Unit 1 drove off the right side of the road; re-entered the road; crossed the centerline; and struck Unit 2 head on. Unit 2 was pushed off the right side of the roadway coming to final rest.
