Unit #1 and #2 were southbound on US 23. Unit #1 was in the right lane and Unit #2 was in the left lane. Unit #1 drove into the left lane and struck unit #2 in the rear. Unit #2 then drove into the median striking a guardrail face and a concrete bridge parapet.
