Unit 1 was northbound on SR-93. Unit 2 was southbound on SR-93 and began to slow down for traffic ahead. Unit 3 was southbound on SR-93 and swerved left of center to avoid striking Unit 2 in the rear; and struck Unit 1 head-on. Unit 3 also sideswiped Unit 2 in attempt to avoid Unit 1.
