Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was southbound on Township Road 261 while Unit #2 (bicycle) was traveling northbound on Township Road 261. Unit #1 turned left into a private drive and was struck in the left rear by Unit #2. Unit #2 crossed the centerline; overturned; and traveled off the left side of the roadway. *Supplement - The driver of Unit #2 succumbed to his injuries in the hospital on 10/8/2023; this investigation is supplemented to update with new information regarding the driver.
