Unit # 1 was traveling east on Chardon Windsor Road. Unit # 2 was traveling south on State Route 528. Unit # 1 failed to yield at a stop sign and struck Unit # 2. Unit # 1 caught fire after impact. Unit # 2 went off road right; struck a ditch and overturned.
