Unit #1 was traveling southwest on Waterloo Road. Unit #2 was traveling southeast on US Route 224. Unit #1 failed to yield to Unit #2 and struck Unit #2. Unit #2 went off the right side of the roadway and struck a guard rail. Unit #1 driver was ejected from the vehicle.
