Unit 1 was traveling on the ramp from Springfield St to Woodman Dr. While on the ramp; Unit 1 struck the curb; overturned his motorcycle; and was thrown from the motorcycle. The rider came to a final rest on the roadway; and his motorcycle came to rest in the left lane ahead of him.
