Unit 1 was traveling east on Settlement East Road. Unit 2 was traveling northeast on the railroad tracks. Unit 1 drove around the railroad crossing arm and was struck by Unit 2. Unit 1 traveled off the left side of the roadway; and struck the railroad crossing gate.
