Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling north on CR 83 (Millbrook Road). Unit #2 was traveling northeast on SR 3 (Columbus Road). Unit #1 failed to yield the right of way from a stop sign; while making a right turn; and was struck in the rear by Unit #2. Unit #1 continued traveling northeast on SR 3; before coming to final rest off the left side of the roadway. Unit #2 traveled off the right side of the roadway striking a ditch before coming to final rest.
