Additional Narrative

Unit # 1 was westbound on State Route 73. Unit # 2 turned westbound onto State Route 73 from Carter Drive. Unit # 1 struck Unit # 2 in the rear and crossed into the oncoming lane of travel. Unit # 3 was eastbound on State Route 73 when it was struck by Unit # 1. After impact with Unit # 3; Unit # 1 became fully engulfed. The driver of Unit # 1 was pronounced deceased at the scene.
