Additional Narrative

Unit #2 was stopped westbound on IR 80 in the right lane for an unknown reason. Unit #1 was traveling westbound on IR-80 in the right lane and struck Unit #2 in the rear. Unit #2 was pushed off the right shoulder and into the ditch where it overturned before coming to rest. Unit #1 traveled further west onto the right shoulder before striking a guard rail and coming to rest.
