Description

Additional Narrative

Unit 1 and Unit 3 were eastbound on US-22. Unit 2 was westbound on US-22. Unit 1 was in the westbound lane overtaking Unit 3 when Unit 1 went off the left side of the roadway before reentering the lane again striking Unit 2. Unit 1 overturned; went into the eastbound lane; and was struck by Unit 3. Unit 2 spun and came to uncontrolled rest in the westbound lane. Unit 3 struck Unit 1 and came to controlled rest off the south side of the US-22.
