Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was stopped at a posted stop sign on Rapid Forge Road and was attempting to turn eastbound onto US Route 50. Unit 2 was traveling westbound on US Route 50. Unit 1 failed to yield from the stop sign; while turning left. Unit 2 attempted to brake; striking Unit 1 head-on. Unit 2 overturned onto its side and came to a final rest on the roadway. Unit 1 came to a final rest on the roadway.
