Unit 1 was turning southbound out of a gas station. Unit 2 was soutbhound on Norton Road. Unit 1 struck Unit 2; a bicyclist; and fled the scene. The rider of Unit 2 was thrown to the ground. Unit 3 was traveling soutbhound on Norton Road and struck the rider of Unit 2.
