Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was southbound on US 23 in the Test Pavement and making a left turn to go eastbound on TR 279. Unit 2 was southbound on US 23. Unit 1 failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck at an angle by Unit 2. After impact; Unit 1 rotated and came to final rest in the median. Unit 2 crossed the median and came to final rest facing southbound in the northbound lanes of US 23.
