Additional Narrative

Unit #1 (a single unit semi-box truck) and Unit #2 were north on Interstate 71. Unit #2 was stopped on the right shoulder/berm area. Unit #1 drove over the yellow fog line striking Unit #2 in the left rear bumper area forcing Unit #2 off the right side of the road over-turning onto its roof. Unit #1 continued further north coming to a disabled final rest in the right lane. Unit #1 was involved in a second traffic crash moments later. Reference traffic crash 52-0402-52.
