Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling northbound on SR-616. Unit #2 was traveling westbound on CR-172 (McGuffey Rd.). Unit #2 failed to yield for the stop sign and was struck by Unit #1. Unit #1 traveled off the left side of the roadway. Unit #2 traveled off the right side of the roadway; struck a utility pole; and a tree.
