Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling southbound on IR75. Unit #1's trailer rear tandem wheels separated from the vehicle traveling across the median into the northbound lanes of IR75. Unit #1's wheel and tires sideswiped Unit #2 and then struck the front of Unit #3. The driver and one of four passengers sustained fatal injuries. The remaining passengers of Unit # sustained serious possible injuries. Unit #1 was later located after leaving the scene. Supplemental information added reference criminal charges.
