Additional Narrative

Units #1; #2; and the witness were traveling northbound on SR 45. Unit #2 drove left of center in a no passing zone to pass the witness and Unit #1. Unit #1 turned left onto New London Road. As Unit #1 turned left; Unit #2 struck the side of Unit #1. Unit #2 continued off the roadway striking a series of trees and shrubs.
