Unit 1 was traveling westbound on CR-28. Unit 2 was traveling southbound on SR-534; and unit 3 was traveling northbound on SR-534. Unit 1 failed to stop at the stop sign and struck unit 2. Unit 2 then lost control; traveled left of center; and struck unit 3 head on.
