Unit #1 and Unit #2 were both traveling west on US Route 224. Unit #1 slowed down to turn left into a private driveway. Unit #2 began to pass Unit #1 on the left. Unit #2 struck Unit #1 as Unit #1 turned left. Unit #2 overturned; went off the left side of the roadway; and struck the ditch. The driver of Unit #2 was ejected from the vehicle.
