Unit 1 and Unit 2 were eastbound on East Livingston Avenue in the left lane. Unit 3 was stationary in the left lane of East Livingston Avenue. Unit 1 struck Unit 3 and then Unit 2 struck Unit 3. Unit 2 then fled the scene.
