Description

This accident, involving 5 vehicles occurred on Saturday, May 13th 2023 at approximately 7:50 pm. The driver of black BMW improper passing. Injuries were reported. Additional Narrative

Unit 1 and Unit 2 were westbound on SR95. Unit 1 started to overtake and pass Unit 2. While passing; Unit 1 was forced to merge back into the westbound lane due to oncoming traffic. Unit 1 struck Unit 2; causing Unit 2 to travel off the right side of the roadway. Unit 2 struck a ditch; an embankment; and a house; before overturning. Unit 2 then struck a tree. Units 4 and 5 were parked and struck by debris from Unit 2. Unit 1 fled the scene after the crash.
