Unit 1 was traveling northeast on US 68. Unit 2 was traveling southwest on US 68. Unit 1 failed to maintain reasonable control; drove off the left side of the roadway; struck a ditch; crossed into the opposite lane of travel and was struck by unit 2. Both units then drove off the right side of the roadway.
