Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling westbound on CR-18 (Mahoning Ave). Unit #2 was traveling eastbound on CR-18. Unit #2 failed to yield the right of way when making a left turn traveling into the path of Unit #1. Unit #1 applied brakes to avoid collision causing the driver of Unit #1 to be ejected. The driver and Unit #1 struck Unit #2.
