Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was westbound on State Route 265. Unit 1 gradually drove off the right into a ditch line. Unit 1's left side struck the guardrail posts then a large concrete bridge culvert. Unit 1 flipped over landing on the driver side facing east. Unit 1 driver was torn from the vehicle and found laying near the left rear of the vehicle.
