Unit #1 was traveling east on State Route 5. Unit #2 and Unit #3 were traveling west on State Route 5. Unit # 2 traveled left of center and was struck by Unit #1 head-on. Unit #3 attempted to take evasive action but struck Unit #2. This crash report will be supplemented at a later date with additional witness statements and Toxicology report.
