Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was southbound on State Route 45 and Unit #2 was eastbound on County Road 411. Unit #2 failed to yield from a stop sign and was struck by Unit #1. After impact Unit #1 went off the left side of the road and struck a guardrail. Unit #2 went off the right side of the road; striking a guardrail; an embankment and three trees.
