Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was southbound on SR 416 and traveled left of center prior to failing to stop at a stop sign at US 36. Unit #1 continued across US 36 and off the right side of the roadway striking a guardrail. Unit #1 overturned down an embankment causing the driver to be ejected.
