Unit #1 was northbound on State Route 13. Unit #2 was southbound on State Route 13. Unit #1 crossed the center line; striking Unit #2 head-on. Unit #1 traveled off the east side of the roadway; struck a ditch and overturned. Unit #2 drove off the west side of the roadway; stuck a utility pole and a ditch.
