This accident, involving 1 vehicle occurred on Monday, December 25th 2023 at approximately 1:18 am. The driver of black Toyota (2018) drove off road. Injuries were reported. An officer from Mount Healthy Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.

Unit 1 was traveling north on US 127 (Hamilton Ave) at a high rate of speed.  The driver of Unit 1 veered off the left side of the roadway; struck a curb; and then a chain that was linked between two short posts.  Unit 1 continued out of control into the parking lot of Mt. Healthy Fuel; 8061 Hamilton Ave.  Unit 1 came to a final uncontrolled rest after striking a tree with its front center.  There were no signs of braking before the crash.  The unrestrained driver of Unit 1 sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
