Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling SB on I71-S when it appears that the driver suffered a medical emergency while driving. Witness observed as Unit #1 traveled off the left side of the roadway striking the cement median; made a hard right turn traveling off the right side of the road striking the guardrail before coming to a stop in the grass. Driver was found unresponsive and later pronounced deceased at Southwest General Medical Center.
