Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling northeast on Upper River Road near Freedom Homes. For unknown reasons; unit 1 crossed that center line; ran off the left side of the roadway and into the ditch. After striking the ditch; unit 1 continued to travel off road striking a concrete culvert.
