Additional Narrative

Unit#1 was traveling east on Dyer Road approaching SR-104. Unit#2 was a pedestrian walking on the south side of Dyer Road approaching SR-104. Unit#1 struck Unit#2 and Unit#2 then struck a telephone pole on the right side of the road and then came to rest in the grassy roadside. Unit#1 fled  east on Dyer Road towards SR-104. Unit#2 was  transported  by Columbus Medic#3 to Grant Hospital in critical condition and was pronounced deceased at 19:20 hours by Doctor Kincaid.
