Unit number one while fleeing from Cleveland Heights Police westbound in the eastbound lanes of IR 90. Unit number two was travelling eastbound on IR 90 in the number one lane. Unit number one struck unit number two in lane one. Operator of unit number two is pronounced deceased on scene. Operator of unit one attempts to flee the scene on foot but is apprehended by Cleveland Hts. PD. Unit #2 Make: BMW Model: 740i
